The routine

Three steps. Done.

  1. Book

Dial (267) 363-3112 or tap the booking button. Just give us the address, the dates, and a rough headcount.

  2. We bring it and set it up

Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing whichever direction you prefer.

  3. Weekly maintenance, then removal

We pump, scrub, and restock on a weekly schedule, then come haul the unit away once you let us know you're finished.

A note from the owner

We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it that same day.

I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

Frequently asked

Q1What kind of spot do you need for the drop-off?

Flat, solid ground that a service truck can reach, away from low-hanging wires and any active digging.

Q2How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

Q3What happens during the weekly service visit?

We pump the tank, scrub and sanitize the interior, refill paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

Q4Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and enough room inside to turn a wheelchair.

Q5What is the service frequency?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second visit each week.
